Resident Research

The UBC Department of Psychiatry is unique in offering dedicated slots in the Psychiatry Residency Training Program for research track residents.  The Research Track offers the opportunity to obtain a Master’s degree as part of the residency training, which can be followed with a PhD during fellowship training as part of the Clinician Investigator Training Program.  Protected time for research is integrated within clinical training rotations, and through research electives.
