Areas of Interest

Individual and group therapy for mood and anxiety disorders using shorter-term therapies (CBT and IPT).

Dr. Sochting supervises and teaches psychology students and psychiatry residents.  She is co-director of the Richmond Psychotherapy Training Program www.rhspsychiatry.com.
